Do I need any equipment to start? +

What fitness level do I need to start? +

None. The program is built for people starting from zero. Week one is designed to meet you wherever you are physically. The progression is structured so you're challenged at every stage regardless of your starting point — whether that's very unfit or moderately active.

What if I miss a week or fall behind? +

Life happens. The WhatsApp group and your one-on-one calls with Coach Alex exist specifically for this. Missing a week doesn't mean starting over — it means communicating and adjusting. The accountability structure is designed to catch you before a missed day becomes a missed program.

Is this program only for men? +

No. The program is open to anyone aged 18–35 regardless of gender. The training methodology, nutrition guide, and coaching approach are all designed to work for any body composition goal — fat loss, muscle building, or both. Several of Coach Alex's most successful transformations have been women.
